Consultations
What should I expect during my first consultation?
Your first visit includes a review of your (or your child’s) medical history, current concerns, and any medications or vaccinations. Our physician will perform an appropriate exam, discuss findings in plain language, and recommend next steps — which may include labs, follow-up, or treatment. Most consultations last about 30–60 minutes. Please bring prior records or lab results if you have them.
Safety
Are consultations and procedures performed by qualified clinicians?
Yes. Care at Suisse Clinic is provided by licensed physicians, including a board-certified pediatrician with decades of experience in general pediatrics, emergency, and inpatient medicine. We follow evidence-based clinical guidelines, maintain a sterile clinical environment for procedures and sample collection, and use our on-site laboratory when testing is needed. If a condition requires specialty care beyond our scope, we help coordinate appropriate referrals.
Appointments
How do I book an appointment?
You can book via our contact form at suisseclinic.com/contact, by phone at +251 921 787 120, or by email at info@suisseclinic.com. Our team will confirm your appointment within one business day and send preparation instructions if needed (for example, fasting before certain lab tests).
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other patients. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Do you accept walk-ins for sick visits or urgent concerns?
We recommend booking ahead whenever possible so we can reserve time with the right clinician. For sudden illness or minor injury, call +251 921 787 120 during opening hours and we will advise whether a same-day visit is available. For life-threatening emergencies, go to the nearest hospital emergency department or call local emergency services.
Services
Do you offer vaccinations and on-site laboratory testing?
Yes. Suisse Clinic provides routine and travel-related vaccinations as available, and we operate an on-site laboratory for common diagnostic tests so many results and follow-up plans can be coordinated without sending you elsewhere. Ask our team which vaccines and tests are currently available when you book.
